Incorporated in 2013, HRS has developed to be one of the reputable human capital suppliers, offering both local and foreign manpower to companies in Singapore. We are licensed with Ministry of Manpower, MOM EA Licence No:13C6690, and are accredited with the Association of Employment Agencies of Singapore and The Embassy of China.

HRS specializes in selecting and supplying of reliable and quality skilled and unskilled foreign candidates from countries such as PRC China, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Malaysia.

Through our established training centre, our candidates are specially selected and trained, and are equipped with adequate experiences and skills pertaining to our clients’ needs and requirements.

With a team of permanent committed consultants from various professional backgrounds and disciplines, we make a difference by delivering top-notch services to our clients and candidates alike.
